Subscription Policy

Simply Revival offers products on a recurring subscription basis. By placing a subscription order, you agree to the terms below.

Billing frequency and amount
Simply Revival subscriptions renew automatically at the delivery interval you select at checkout. Available intervals include 25 days, 28 days, and monthly, depending on the product and plan you choose.

Your specific interval, next renewal date, and renewal amount are shown to you at checkout before you complete your order, in your order confirmation email, in the reminder email we send before each renewal, and at any time in your subscription portal.

Each renewal charges the same amount you paid on your first order for that plan, plus any applicable tax and shipping, unless we notify you of a change in advance.

Order confirmation and reminders
You will receive an order confirmation when your subscription starts. Before each renewal, we send an upcoming order reminder email to the address on your account so you can skip, change, or cancel before you are billed.

Managing your subscription
You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, update your payment method or address, pause, or cancel at any time from your subscription portal. To access it, request a login link here: MANAGE. The link is also included in every order confirmation and reminder email we send you.

Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum commitment. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future charges. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel before your renewal date shown in the portal. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled, but are covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee.
